Michael Whelan original oil painting

Hey all, a friend of mine on the dt.org forum has asked me to post a link to his auction for an original Michael Whelan oil painting. It's the same gent who ended up selling me the Palumbo piece (and I must say it is absolutely amazing!). So anyone who has been looking to expand their art collection (and I feel their may be a few here) it might be worth your time. The piece itself is not a Dark Tower painting, or from any novel so far as I know, but it is damn cool. Check it out:

Tim's doing a favour for my buddy Kris actually (who's looking to pick up another Whelan piece with the funds), and selling off the piece for him. Both are stand-up guys.

Tim usually runs some pretty good sales over there also. I'm watching the painting just of curiosity, no where near my budget. I say that, then end up buying 4 or 5 books of the same amount! :-/.
