I've ordered from them once. It was well packaged and the books were in as-described condition so I had a good experience with them.

I'm keeping them in mind from now on for whenever i have something I'm going to purchase form B&N or such. A signed copy of The Last Dark would have been around as much as i paid for an unsigned one.
