I just bought a book from Clarkesworld Books. Their online store shut down, but they still sell a few things they have sitting around if you email them.

I've been using eBay a ton lately. I learned how to save searches and have it email me when something pops up...

Same here. When configuring the advanced search option, specify "Worldwide" - this way you'll see much more S/L editions, published (and offerd from) UK. Fine example: "Fortunately, The Milk" by Neil Gaiman. 2 or 3 UK bookshops issued S/L edition of the title, and now it's poping up on UK ebay (very few or nothing on North American ebay).
