I purchased my copy immediately from Subpress. Am extremely happy that Lividian decided to do this tittle. I have always wanted a limited of this book but missed out on the SubPress version and didn't want to pay the inflated after market prices that I have seen in the past. Am also very happy that Lividian is making it to match their version of 20th Century Ghosts. This will end up being a very nice looking set.

Hear Shaped Box is my favorite Joe Hill Novel. I am excited to add this to my shelves with my Signed ARC, Signed Trade, Signed Slipcased Gollanz and two different signed Subterranean limiteds! I also really hope there will be an art portfolio!

All of the copies we had available for direct ordering have been reserved, so we’ve started a Waiting List on the product page. To lock in your copy today so you don’t miss out, you can check and see which retailers still have some inventory left. I've posted the current list here:

Thank you!

Are you able to tell us what drove you to announce this earlier than you intended?

It really seems like SubPress jumped the gun with their announcement. I wasn't kidding with my earlier post - it as 5-10 minutes between the "secret" announcement email from Lividian and the SubPress email.Last edited by Marmaduke Grigsby; 09-14-2021, 08:28 PM.

So, I moved HSB to be earlier to give each of the announcements their own time to shine. The other big news for 2022 will probably go out in mid-October if all goes well!
Best,

Only in the sense that it has squeezed a couple of announcements closer together than I had wanted, but it's all good. I'm really excited about these projects and I (really) hope I won't be alone in that excitement! Otherwise, I guess I'll have a lot of reading copies of some books I really like.
