Sharing this info, which I just posted on another board:
My original plan was to just get some "general" promo items made to test a few vendors for future projects -- stuff like mugs and mousepads and notebooks -- but then I saw the guitar picks and, well, I had to get some of those made, you know? Probably not an item that will be needed for any future projects, but for this one it was perfect.
One important note: I am going to be sending a handful of REVIVAL review copies to randomly selected people who entered the contest. If you already received something, you WILL still be eligible for the ARC drawing. It just didn't seem fair to me to exclude anyone since I think most of us really like review copies. (Or maybe my own collecting habits simply cloud my perception on that front...)
Either way, watch for news on those in October!Brian James Freeman

Very cool! I'm proud to add it to my collection of oddball rarities. Thanks for the surprise, Brian! It kinda-sorta took a little of the sting off of having to pass on the book itself.Originally posted by bookworm 1 View PostI got one too. Very nice surprise. Thanks Brian!!

Hi Brian,
Have been dreaming about the upcoming art portfolio (just awesome!) and would love to see one made especially for the lettered Revival. Of course I don't mean a separate portfolio, but if I look at the CD Doubleday art portfolios (the only ones I own) the folder mentions "only 750 numbered sets have been produced." Now if I understood correctly, the limited edition won't be numbered, so the portfolio doesn't have to be either, but the lettered book obviously will be lettered. A matching portfolio would be fantastic! At least, I think so.
