Little Book Series 3

There are nine Little books remaining to be announced. But this was from the most recent Borderlands Press email:

Series III is almost completely sold out. It's not too late to subscribe to the entire series of great Little Books with some upcoming writers such as Ramsey Campbell, Robert R. McCammon, Caitlyn Kiernan, and others to be announced. To set up your subscription, Contact us at [email protected].

I'm thrilled to know that Robert McCammon will be in this series! Still waiting on King. And I wonder if the print run will stay at 600 now since the Ligotti book pushed it up there.

Commenting on the "almost completely sold out" part. If they do sell out and anyone misses out on a title from them, we have a standing order with them for a fair number of these. So we'll almost certainly have plenty of copies for sale.

I've been that close to jumping off the Little Book train, but they keep pulling me back in with some favorite authors (McCammon, Kiernan, Campbell). I'll probably ride out Series III and make a decision after that. I do reserve the right to be fickle and change me mind at a moment's notice. I wish that we would see more original work by the authors in these books.

As for King, I'd like to see it happen as that would be pretty cool. It hasn't been officially announced yet, but I'd think that Borderlands would keep that under wraps until the details are more concrete.

I don't think Borderlands announced it to the public yet. I don't know. But I definitely haven't seen anything from CD about it.

Thanks, Jeff, but it turned out it was just more a matter of me jumping the gun a bit and/or being a little impatient… Camelot received theirs shortly thereafter, and got me all squared away. This time, I’m just going to trust that they’ll get their slipcases, and will let me know when they’re in.

I've never seen them offered here. Not even in the Collector's Club.If you're going to get the entire series, then these slipcases are a must have.

The slipcases? We offered one of them I think. Then we decided to just let anyone who wanted them order through Borderlands. We have suprisingly few people who've ordered every single title in the series and it was an even smaller percentage of that who were interested in the slipcase.
