There will definitely be a trade pb... and I've seen beautiful black and white versions of the covers to the 4 tie-in novelettes, in case, you know, some publisher decided to include interior art with all the extra stories in the back of a limited edition...
If you're looking for a publisher for a limited, I um you know..know a guy.
