    McCammon's Blue World

SubPress is now taking orders for a limited of Blue World by Robert McCammon. They are also selling trade paperbacks of BW, They Thirst and Hunter in the Woods. There is an option on the BW page that for $50, you can get all three of the trade pbs and have them signed. $350 sets of the trade pbs only.

Ordered both numbered and lettered limiteds.
Wasn't really counting on this (finance wise) but couldn't let this one go.
Totally out of the blue announcement!

Don't you mean "out of the Blue World announcement"?

I'm definitely picking this up. Just trying to figure out if I can swing a lettered. Most likely a limited will do. Seems like a good year for McCammon fans with this announcement, The Border announcement, and I Travel by Night 2 coming later this year.

On a related note, did anyone order They Thirst through CD? Just wondering if those have shipped yet or not.

I'm actually almost tempted to for the paperback set.

Still waiting for Boy's Life (best McCammon ever!), Stinger, Mine, Gone South, Usher's Passing, Swan Song, and Mystery Walk.
And of course, Speaks the Nightbird.

I love what SubPress is doing with the McCammon books.
He's an amazing author, never disappoints - and unfortunately, an unknown to the general reading public.
McCammon hasn't received half the acclaim he deserves.

So very true. McCammon is amazing and does not disappoint.

Well he did take a lengthy hiatus from writing. Plus I think all of his new fiction is published exclusively by SubPress, and while there's no argument that they do phenomenal work, they simply can't do the sort of marketing the NY outfits can.

Totally agree. Just finished They Thirst and it was a super book. I like it more then Salems Lot. One of the best Vampire books ever written.

Awesome to hear! I picked up a limited but haven't gotten to it yet. You just moved it up in the queue. Thanks!

I find it hard to believe McCammon himself is satisfied with this book and doesn't want to see any reprints.
Well, at least we got the SubPress edition.
