If I didn't mention this in the thread I did order Those Across the River. Anyone have an update on this title? Site says July of this year.

I've seen a few photos and they look on par with books from CD. Hard to be 100% sure though based on a few clicks.

We are indeed working on a limited edition of John Dies At The End to be released next year on its 15th anniversary. We are also following it up with the second book in the series, This Book Is Full Of Spiders: Seriously, Dude, Don't Touch It.

We keep everyone updated on the progress of our books via the newsletter, which we usually send out once a week.

Thank you for your interest in our books!
Thank you! I also reached out and got a response from Travis. Now I'm all signed up.

Haven't read the third one yet.
JDATE was awesome but not as well constructed as This Book is Full of Spiders. And maybe that's because JDATE was written originally as a web series without any real direction (?). Anyway, TBIFOS is the best in the series in my opinion. What the Hell Did I Just Read was awesome as well, but I'd have to say TBIFOS doesn't miss a beat.

I REALLY REALLY want a set, but they don't list it on the website and I don't see where to sign up for a newsletter.

You are not alone. That book was a rather painful read for me.

Pargin decided to quite using the pseudonym as it doesn't serve any purpose anymore. Originally he did it to keep his writing (both fiction and for Cracked) separate from his day job/professional life. Now it doesn't matter, people know he's David Wong and writing is his professional life now.

So did a little searching and it looks like the fourth (?) John and Dave book is tentatively titled "David Wong Dies In This One" and will be published under Pargin's real name. So I'm assuming this is a shift to kill off the pseudonym. Hopefully this doesn't come back to haunt him a la THE DARK HALF.
