John, since you have read the story: Without giving spoilers, do you feel the cover design of this Dark Tower book's DMG edition is appropriate for the story within?
It certainly depicts one of the most important scenes in the book.

Great question, Patrick. I was thinking the same thing.

That's true, but it makes sense for me to get them at the same time to save on shipping to the UK

In regards to the lottery, I doubt that many copies will go unsold in the intial offering. I think it's fair of DMG to allow the owners of LSOE > 801 to have the first shot at the extra copies.
I thought it was odd at first, but it does seem more than fair thinking about it now.

$350 isn't bad but it's still a helluva lot of money. I'd like to get the A/E also but don't have the funds. I have the Little Sisters one, but can't afford anymore at this point but I'm sure it will be around for a very long tme to come.

I wasn't blown away by the sample provided, but I'm sure it gets better.

By the time Grant gets around to charging the card, I'll have the funds, so I went ahead and pre-ordered the AE.

yeah i thought 5000 AE's is a lot, but then if you take into accont the fact that this is a new story and coming out around 2 months before the trade edition!

I'm not eligible for a deluxe edition, and there are 5,000 artists editions, so I think I'll wait for my resources to build up again.
