Awesome, can't wait to see how this turns out. About how long should it take once it goes to the printer? I'm assuming that the slipcases won't be produced until they have a finished copy of the book so they are the proper size, right?

Correct! Printer will be about 8 weeks and slipcases will be 8 to 10 weeks.

I'll be sending out the official update soon. Probably looking at February 2013 for the pub date, I think. 8 weeks at the printer (early December because of the Thanksgiving holiday) and 8 to 10 weeks for the slipcases, plus they close for 2 weeks over Christmas. So it's still down the road, but closer!

Our books always take about 8 weeks. If you want cheap and fast POD, you'll need to look somewhere else.

Yeah I know those hand-copiers need to rest their hands from time to time one day they will also pretend to receive money for the honour to be part of the production process
