I don't have an eReader, but is it possible for me to order some of these stories from Amazon and download as a .pdf? I assume that, even though Halloween is over, these stories are still available.

Maybe but it is a good start for a second vol.I do hope these are all collected together in an anthology that would be great.

Don't think it'd be long enough for an October Dreams 2 though that would be an awesome book. Though I will confirm what Brad said about a possible Halloween anthology, no idea what it is supposed to be for or when though, I think we're just more concerned with getting these all off without a hitch first.
