I am honestly starting to think we picked the last option before, because we'd seen about 20 different versions of the other design. Then the design a lot of you ended up not like came along, and I think we where so tired of looking at the layouts, we kinda just said "Lets go for this one"....

If this were a decision on a 6 -figure print run, I'd say let the cover stand; but for a limited run like this, I like the move. Part of what make a book collectible is the art, so you might as well show it off. Thanks for listening, Brian.

Finished the story last night, and even if it isn't as good as The Passage i did enjoy the story, so i might just hang on to my order!

A very good decision in my opinion and thanks to Brian/CD for listening to the paying customer, not many (if any) publishers would do that. With the new cover design i am definitely keeping my order!!!!!

Okay, since I was never totally sold on the cover design, I'm making the executive decision to go with the new version I posted later in this thread since I like it better, too. Hopefully the author and the agent agree with this decision. Thanks for the feedback!

I like the alternate cover as well. Limiting the artwork to the small area that is on the current one takes away from how cool it is.

If this new one is a wraparound I would prefer the new option as well. I am with the others in liking the doll on the cover though, particularly on the back cover as I think the explosion on the front makes a lot of sense
