What's the normal time frame between trade release and CD announcement/release?

There is no standard time frame because it varies from book to book and deal to deal.

Well, I don't think I need to point out that it was announced before our new policy of not announcing things before we have the manuscript, which has solved 90% of the problems with long waits.

I think I recall jumping on board with the one (a S/L 15th Anniversary edition) back in August 2010. I've also a L/E of The Passage somewheres, likely waiting for a damnable traycase

I still need to get around to reading my copy. Glancing at the tbr pile, its time should be sometime soon! But news on book two would be nice! Of course the CD version.

Yea. I pre ordered the Trade edition so I will have both volumes in trade.Have CD slipcase copy of The Passage.Know I will get advanced notice and I have a savings certif. So just waiting to spend some of it.That is more of it.
