Brian, Dan, any timeframe fro when slipcases for 11/22/63 will be ready? I've got a copy just begging for one!!!

I'm not 100% sure on that. It could be awhile though, I know we sent copies up for sizing and what not, but we haven't seen a sample case yet. Production time (assuming they aren't busy, which they are as we're approaching the holiday season.) I usually 5 week from when we see the sample case. I'll ask Brian if he has a better idea, as he actually deals with the case manufacturer, and I do not.

The approval unit for the slipcase for the US trade hardcover arrived today. It looks awesome and fits perfectly. Please note that the approval case does NOT have the hot foil stamping, but I thought you might like a sneak peek:



Several people have asked if this will fit the US Limited Edition. We are trying to get a copy of that edition here at the office to do a test fitting ASAP. I do not want to say it'll fit until we know for sure.

The approval unit for the 11/22/63 UK slipcase arrived as well, but they forgot to send back the book and our other copies haven't arrived yet. Hopefully I'll have the book on Monday to approve the sizing, etc. I will post a photo of that case at that time.

Nice! If I had a signed edition I would go for that case, but as I'll only have the trade I'll stick with the slipcase.

It'd be close. The books are the same thickness, however the US hardcover version is a bit taller and a bit deeper. So I'm not sure it'd be a good fit.

Please refresh my memory: Did you guys also do a slipcase for the UTD U.S. 1st edition? If so, do you have any extras laying around? If so, please PM me (here or at TDT.org). I'd love to pick one up for my signed copy.

However unlikely, if you find any more UTD traycases, I call dibs!
