Is this the proper TOC (in random order)?

    And His Letters Grew Colder
    The Doll
    The Happy Valley
    East Wind
    The Limpit
    Piccadilly
    Mazie
    A Difference in Temperament
    Week-End
Brad Gets Humped by a Scary Sex Doll and Two Monkeys (not included...but may become an online exclusive by a different author)
    Nothing Hurts for Long
And Now To God The Father
    Frustration
    Time Cat

I was looking all over and pulled these titles from some reviews.

How did this get started? I got started by cracking open a bottle of Chardonnay for lunch (Wednesdays and Thursdays are my days off.)
