Published in three states:
• Cloth-bound Trade Hardcover Edition ($40)
• Deluxe Slipcased and Numbered Limited Edition of just 400 signed (by the editor and most of the authors) copies ($150)
• Deluxe Traycased Lettered Edition of just 52 copies signed (by the editor and most of the authors) and lettered hardcover copies bound in leather with a satin ribbon page marker and additional full-color artwork ($400)

This one is going to be a really big / cool book. It has the same trim size as SOD, but it's about twice the page count. So think a SOD that's almost twice as thick.

This book looks really cool, and I concur that the cover art is outstanding. That is what initially got me interested in it. The same thing happened with Johnny Halloween. I bought that specifically because of the magnificent cover, and I was rewarded with a good collection of stories as well. I think CD is one of the few places where you can truly judge a book by its cover, as the artwork alone makes the purchase worth it.

I don't think we've picked out a slipcase material yet. I personally think a dark green would look really awesome with the dust jacket.
