Pete, reckon you're fairly safe reading The Woman independant of Offseason and Offspring (have read all three and you'd not be constantly stumbling over references to the first two in The Woman) ... Having said that, the two Offs are pretty darn good reading just the same, and worth adding to the TBR pile should you be a Ketchum fan

No worries Pete, but I still recommend you do, later down the track, even if only PB or HC (both fairly cheap) - even the S/L's aren't that expensive

Agreed with Grant. Offseason is fanfuckingtastic!! Get the overlook "unexpurged" edition, more of how Ketchum wanted it to be. Offspring was a good read too, I think I did it in 2 nights.
