So Teri, here is my three cents worth. Order the limited. It may have a King or Zombie story involved, and maybe a signature or two you would like to have. If when the Table of Contents is announced you are disappointed in it you can cancel your order. A little extra work for Mindy but in my experience Mindy has been up to the task of taking care of her customers! If you want it you do not have to stress over things when the TOC is announced. You have a $1,000 CD gift card, that should afford you the ability to not stress on a few purchases. Who know you may find a few authore in an anthology that you are interested in reading more from. Be careful though the gift card can drain quickly if you enjoy too many of them!

I want to use the gift card for a Signed limited king book but god knows when the next one will come up. I'm scared to use it on anything that's not king. and im looking $218.99 with shipping for this item. It's alot, gift card or not. It's $218.99 I wont have to use on something I REALLY want. I also don't like to bother Mindy. I as disapointed you couldn't use the gift card on the Chadbourne remarque...just made me wonder what else i'm not going to be able to use it on. the remarque was overpriced any way but it still made me wonder. but free "money" is free money either way"

I actually forgot about the international shipping. You should check but I would assume you will not be able to apply the Gift Card towards shipping.

Not too many things. Probably just auctions, special offers where most of the payment goes to someone else (like the Chadbourne remarques), and shipping because the Post Office totally kills us on postage, which we have to pass along to our customers, who then yell at us because we don't run the Post Office... yet.

I would wait for the TOC to be announced, you'll have a small window to decide then about the Limited Edition! That way you don't have to worry about canceling it if there's not something you want.

There are no unannounced SK books in production at this moment, but on the other hand, that gift certificate never expires, so...

Someone nudged me for an update and I realized I hadn't posted anything in this thread for a while.

By the end of summer, we'll have announced the TOC and the new title if all goes well. It'll be published in 2014, unless the signature sheets for the signed editions hold things up, which is always possible when this many people are signing. I DO think that everyone's patience will be rewarded when you see the TOC. I know you've been waiting a long time, but the final pieces should finally be falling into place.
