Yea unfortunately my extra help dried up in the last handful of days shipping. I'm pretty sure the last of the orders that where placed before May 4th left the building yesterday. Now we're shipping everything that has come in since then. The last of those should leave tomorrow. That said if I didn't ship the west coast first you'd be waiting even longer, as we would've had to wait even longer to even start shipping.

#4 on the New York Times bestsellers list (combined print/ebook)
#7 on the New York Times list (hardcover)
#4 on the USA Today bestsellers list
#12 on the Amazon bestsellers list

We've also heard that Gwendy's Button Box will appear on the Publishers Weekly bestseller list this week.

Congratulations. Finding the book has been rather spotty in the Portland Oregon area. I have been to three Barnes and Noble stores since release and none of them had copies. Two Powell's stores did have it but only a few copies each.

Great job CD! Pre-ordered it and just finished it last night. Well done!!!

Sad part is..... I just checked Chapters.ca (Indigo - Chapters bookstore chain here) and they don't even have the hardcover listed..... only audio book (showing publisher as Simon & Schuster Audio) and e-book. I wish Chapters would start getting involved with stocking the CD trade edition books. What a missed opportunity. Although I will continue getting mine direct.

Unfortunately we're not really sure if any of our distributors, distribute in Canada, and we don't have any direct Canadian distributors.
