Garton is easily one of my top 3 authors that I have discovered via CD. This looks outstanding!!

Love the cover. I also discovered Ray Garton through Cemetery Dance. He is one of my favorites. I have been hunting down and finding all of his stuff that I can for years now. Shipping notice received yesterday for this book.

Really like this cover as well, liked it ever since I saw a picture of someone's ARC of the book. Definitely had to order a copy of this when I got home from an appointment yesterday, didn't want to miss out on it. I discovered him through CD as well and have enjoyed everything I have read by him.

Garton looks like an author I would love to try out in full novel form. I just order Lot Lizards from AbeBooks - should be interesting........ Plus I have a copy of Loveliest Dead on it's way too, though unfortunately not the CD version.

Haven't read a full-length by Garton's, but have enjoyed all the novellas of his that I've read, so I am sure I'll like the novel-length books. Have Scissors, but haven't read it yet

So did mine. The end papers are spectacular. Awesome job and worth the very long wait.

Anyone else notice the signature page indicates a signed and numbered edition?

Yeah, it isn't actually numbered. We missed that the designer hadn't change his default wording for this one and by the time we noticed, Ray had already signed all of the sheets!

Received my Lettered edition of this book today. It is a beautiful book but I am puzzled. My understanding was that it was delayed in part due to the traycase backlog. However the book came without a traycase. Wasn't this book issued with a traycase?

                        Product page doesn't mention one.

Deluxe Hardcover Lettered Edition of 26 signed and hand-lettered copies bound in leather, Smyth sewn with a satin ribbon page marker, raised hubs on the spine, custom gilded page edges dipped by hand, and featuring imported French marbled endpapers

I did notice it but it was also listed as "Traycases in Production" on the production update page until release. I remain confused.

The product page for The Straw Men doesn't mention a traycase for the lettered edition either. I wonder if this is a new trend for some of CD's lettered editions?
