I just got the email, so I missed the offer. But I've often wondered at the dimensions of this "warehouse" of CD's. Some awfully strange and interesting things turn up in it. It would seem SOMEONE would have noticed boxes of this 1996 publication long before 2014.

It seemed to me that the people at Grant books found some last year so I checked their site and they still have some of their newly found "several cases" for sale, too. So there's a lot more of these floating around than there was a couple years ago. I also saw this unfortunate news which I hadn't noticed before:
