They were actually removed from sale because someone politely pointed out that the ARCs weren't sent to them to be sold pre-publication. Or so I hear.

Last night, I saw that badmoonbooks had an orange cover The Dark Man ARC for sale on eBay for $275 and a blue cover ARC for $399 and I think both of them sold because I can't find them on eBay now, WOW!
