wouldn't it have been cheaper to ship them together for people who ordered both? You already charged them separately in most cases then combining them now would just save yourselves some money.

If someone ordered the books on the same order, they should ship together. If they were ordered on separate orders, we can't combine the shipments. Our system just can't do that. We would save a lot on shipping, especially considering these had free US shipping. But our computer system just doesn't have a way to combine orders. We wish it did!

Already working on them. I expect we'll be completely done shipping all 4 editions on Monday / early Tuesday.
