I put it in the dryer all the time. Didn't do a thing. I'll get a small next time unless theres womens sizes then it'll be trial and error all over again. hate mens shirts unless theyre for wearing to bed.

You could try to shrink it in the wash, though the shirts are technically "Pre-Shrunk" so it might not work.
