I was lucky enough to know a reviewer that got a copy and was willing to sell it to me. Other than that, I have no idea. I've not seen it for sale anywhere.

A&E has published a promotional hardcover book for their upcoming miniseries of King's Bag of Bones entitled Dark Score Stories. 250 copies have been printed of this over-sized book. I got my copy today.

All pictures have been trimmed due to the size of my scanner.
