    US trade
    US trade signed
    CD Gift
    CD signed numbered with Erin Wells remarque
    CD galley proof

    There are five different editions of the UK Doctor Sleep.


    The regular trade edition:



    The Waterstones edition that has an extra author's note by King:



    The WH Smith edition with a different color dust jacket:



    The "gift" edition with a facsimile King signature (mine is #503 of 700):



    The signed limited edition (mine is #108 of 200):



    There was also a limited numbered proof (mine is #63 of 150):

    Shamefully I have to admit that I read this book fast, sometimes late into the night while still having to wake at 4 in the a.m. for work. Overall, it was an enjoyable read but the date span at the end made question marks appear above my head in comment clouds. What am I missing?
