It turns out we will be able to get some copies of the Slipcased UK Edition. The CDCC will be notified first when the page goes live and then we'll send a note to our SK customers.Brian James Freeman

Doesn't seem to be from what I saw. This is what sub press says about it..
Hodder & Stoughton's limited edition is expected August/September and will feature the following:
Slipcase
Facsimile signature edition
Head and tail bands, ribbon marker
Limited edition print of cover artwork
and PSP says basically the same thing. REally not worth $200 IMO
