Just announced that Other Worlds Than These: Talisman 3 will be published in October.

I can’t wait. Didn’t think this book would ever see the light of day, with Straub passing a few years ago.

Saw this this morning. It appears that King wrote this based on a concept from Straub. Straub is listed a co-writer.

The Talisman and Black House are the only two King books I have never read. Since the final chapter is coming out this fall I should tackle these this summer.

I did the same thing with The Dark Tower series. I did not start the 1st book until the last book was nearing publication.

I haven't read THE TALISMAN since I was a kid, but I loved it, and I remember really being drawn in by BLACK HOUSE, but that was before the last three Dark Tower books, which I absolutely hated...hopefully King can pull off a great finale, but I wish he would just move on from Roland and the Tower. I'm over it.
