Love the art in this book. I am really looking forward to getting it. Along with It and the Shining, Pet Sematary is one if my favourite King novels. From his peak creative period in my opinion.

I do love the look of those books, and really like the artwork by Mark Geyer!

Cool!! I'm glad you managed to get hold of a matching number.

Is this the first time you've read it??

No, I first read it on February 9th, 1985. I'm sure I read it at least once more between then and 1990, but not since.

This is my original copy -

Yes, but what TIME on February 9th, 1985??? That was my first King book and I think it's still my favorite.

Well, it was a Saturday, so I probably took the bus into town in the morning. I bought the book at Eason's on O'Connell Street for £3.16, and I'd say I started reading it on the bus on the way home, probably in the early afternoon. That's about as close as I can get

It was my first King book as well but the closest I can get is 1985, when I was 12. I tried Cujo when I was 9 but couldn't get into it.

I remember starting Pet Semetary, which was my first horror book period, thinking...ooohhh how scary can it be. It's a book!!! Yeah, I was wrong!!
