Little is one author I discovered by finding CD. I have yet to read any of his books - although there was a short story or two that I have read in CD mag. Any suggestions on what Little novel is a good starter, or does it really matter?

Dropped Insomnia and picked up Black Feathers by Joseph D'Lacey. It's okay (so far) but the author took the first 200 pages to put in place the back story.
Looking for the fonting of youth.

He's an acquired taste, that's for sure. I would suggest THE RESORT or THE POLICY, the latter being my favorite of his books.

Have only read a couple of his stuff, but The Policy was my first read of Bentley Little's (He's one of 2 Little's I am a fan of) and it was a very good read.

I have been meaning to read that Little too - some of his books (e-books anyways) sound great!

I will be finishing up Underneath tonight. Kealan - another fine job. I am finding I am really enjoying your very short stories. They are very captivating, and easy to read, which is a good thing of course. Glad I stumbled upon CD somehow and found authors such as yourself.

Not only my favorite Cormac McCarthy novel but also one of my favorite books in general, so brutal, love it!

McCarthy is untouchable. It's also a great experience reading any Coen brothers' script.
