Just reply to your order confirmation and let Mindy know the number of your Gideon's Sword and she'll make a note on your Gideon's Corpse order.

Did you order multiple copies? The free shipping should have been offered when you selected your shipping options, but it didn't always show up for people buying multiple copies. Either way, just let Mindy know and she can refund the difference!
