This isn't officially announced yet, and it has nothing to do with the Cemetery Dance Early Readers Club promotions we offer, but I think it'll be of interest to anyone who might like a chance to win a free copy of the signed Limited Edition of DOCTOR SLEEP.

A new website called the Early Readers Club will be giving away a copy of the Signed Limited Edition of DOCTOR SLEEP by Stephen King to a random person who signs up for their mailing list before they launch:

    http://www.EarlyReadersClub.com

After the site launches, there will be news posted about DOCTOR SLEEP, including "insider" information. There will also be more prizes including copies of the already Out of Print Gift Edition, copies of the trade hardcover from Scribner, and also a very cool interoffice proof of the Cemetery Dance edition.

However, Stephen King has publicly stated that Doctor Sleep is "a return to balls-to-the-wall, keep-the-lights-on horror."

He clearly means business with this one. I'll bet my mortgage that it's more Pet Semetary than Mills & Boon.

Have faith and trust the greatest horror writer of all time to deliver another classic. This book will be about as "tender" as a sledgehammer to the face.

Is it an advanced review copy? The trade still is 2 weeks away. Lucky you.

Thanks! Yeah, must admit the idea of a Shining sequel sounds very risky, but I've heard nothing but good things about DS.
