Wow, that is a lot! The number on that sig sheet is close to mine too (Mine is 247 though). Cannot wait to get mine, and am glad I don't have to collate all those.

The guys in the warehouse don't get enough credit for this kind of work -- it's time consuming and complicated if you want to get everything just right!

Since a few people asked, I've posted some more photos of the shipping process on my blog:

Love it. Curious how you know what number each of them are once they are tied shut. I know you must have a method, just curious what it is

Great behind-the-scenes shots, Brian. If I'd gotten a s/l 500 or lower, I'd have ordered the portfolio.

For the requested number orders, the paperwork travels through the entire process with the signature sheet that has been numbered to match... hopefully! That is one of the reasons why it'll take a few days just to do the paperwork alone. This will be a slow shipping process and we thank everyone in advance for their patience!

I wish we could have done 750 sets of the portfolio, but it just wasn't in the cards after working out the deals for the artwork, etc...!

Thanks for saying they're great when they're actually really "okay" -- ha! In this one, Dave looks like he's bending time and space around himself thanks to my shaky hands!

i thought that was some special photo capturing technique that shows movement. That Dave is really packing away so fast that you barely caught him in the photo...

Shipping is coming along pretty well. We have packed about 130 today. Some of those will leave with UPS today, the rest will ship with the USPS in the morning. Dave'll be here packing by himself tomorrow, but he expects to get at least another 100 out the door with UPS tomorrow. Just a heads up, that if you requested a specific number or ordered multiple copies, yours probably will not start shipping till late Monday, early Tuesday.

Any canadian orders in that 130 by any chance? Not that it matters because it'll be forever before I get it either way. DAMN USPS. Still waiting on my DT Shirt that shipped on the 15th, two weeks ago as of today. It has officially taken longer than the books i ordered. Weirdly the biggest book I ordered (IT) came the fastest and now I am waiting a Shirt in international letter packaging and that is taking the longest and according to the tracking number has not even left Maryland yet. I am hoping they just forgot to update the tracker and its already in Canada Post hands...doubt it though.

Yep, all of the single, non-specific number international orders are all packed up.

aww Poor Mindy, Tell her we all hope she gets better soon! Also, by not showing you how to do it she is keeping herself invaluable. She's a smart cookie that one. Not that she needs to prove she is invaluable, I'm sure by all the love notes yas get about her that you are all very well aware of it already.
