Does anyone know of an archival "bag"?? that would fit the CD magazine? I have them in the slipcases, but would prefer to add individual archival bags for added protection.

The individual CD magazines will fit in standard 8 3/4" x 11" magazine bags. By "archival" do you mean something like Mylar, or just regular polyethylene bags? There are plenty of online suppliers for both. I have used both Bags Unlimited and E. Gerber. There are also several on eBay:
