    I ordered it also. It's his column that he wrote for Cemetery Dance on line during his final long book signing tour. I am very happy to have this added to my collection. The second nonfiction book that Cemetery Dance announced in 2 weeks.
    Really looking forward to this one as well as the other.

    This was one of the books that had been sent to the printer back in June right before they unexpectedly closed up shop. It has been scheduled with a new printer, but other books that had to be moved around are there now. I still think it'll be this year, but I'll post an update on the Production Updates page when I know for sure.
