Passed on the limited edition. Too pricey for me right now. More than likely I'll end up with the trade edition. The star sounds great.

This announcement came at the wrong time for me. My plan was to pick a lettered edition, but funds were too tight. Going with a limited through Camelot due to lack of funds and their policy of not having to pay until it ships. I am very much looking forward to this one, though! It sounds great!

I'm also glad to see that the lettered sold out. I'm hoping that CD will offer a lettered for the classic McCammon book they are going to publish. I need to get a McCammon lettered eventually, dang it!

I can't make any promises on that. We are offering less and less lettered editions lately.

But, Dan, you're supposed to make promises so we can use them as leverage against Brian...

In all seriousness, if the lettered editions just aren't selling or the profit isn't there, it doesn't make much business sense to keep producing them. I'll keep my fingers crossed, though. Maybe I'll be able to catch one of these lettereds on the aftermarket, someday...

I can tell you with 100% certainty that there will be a Lettered Edition of the unannounced book in question. The artist is starting work next month, and we're looking forward to the 7 or 8 paintings he'll be providing.

HA! It's on the big production whiteboard but I don't think Rich and I have mentioned it to anyone else yet.

Maybe I'll let the CIA redact it first.
