I have seen many of his books in stores but have never read one. I ordered this one so it will be my introduction.

I'm excited about this one! Maybe CD will do some of Brooks' other "forgotten" titles such as the Magic Kingdom of Landover books. There's still supposed to be a seventh one in the works.

I ordered a limited but I'm thinking about upgrading to the lettered. I mean, it is Terry Brooks and I'm in love with the new version of the lettered editions.

I'm pretty excited about this one, as well. I almost picked up the paperback in a local used bookstore a month or two back. Now, instead, I'll have a nice new hardcover to read. Great announcement, CD!

Looking at the announcement, I just realized I forgot to mention Terry wrote a new introduction for our edition about how the book came to be written.

Sometime back in the early 1990s I was given an opportunity to write a three book series about anything I wanted to in the fantasy field. It would not be either Shannara or Magic Kingdom, but it could be anything else. No strings, no restrictions.
I'll have to get the product page updated and mention that in the next newsletter!

There are a few. It's a may be a little loose from case to since the depths are exact, but it should fit in any of the cases that are 7 3/8 X 10 1/4 X 1 1/4
