Looks like no visit to the Northwest for this one. Haven't been able to see Mr. King since Lisey's Story, keep hoping he will come back but no luck. Congrats to those who will get to see him.

If I can get a ticket for the NYC signing I'll have to take a day off and head up there.

        I'm thinking the same thing.

Washington is close enough for me! Gonna do my best to get tickets.

My health isn't good enough for me to attend any of the signings, so everyone who's going, have a GREAT time!

Closest city to me is DC - and that's an 8hr+ drive...... I don't know if King has ever been in the Windsor/Detroit area, or at least even Toronto.

Wichita isn't that awful far, either. Are you going to both??

Only one. I'll try for the KC show; if I can't get that one, I try for Wichita. I can make that round trip in a day.

November 11th. Two days before my vacation starts. I am having the worst luck this year with so many things. Maybe I should be sick.

FWIW depending on the venue and TDT.Org members attendance I am seriously considering the, Austin, Tx event.

What a fantastic cover! SO much better than the U.S. cover.

Epic, evocative cover. Super-cool - makes me want to read the book even more. Thanks for sharing!

The D.C event is a non-signing event. The signed books will be distributed randomly amongst the audience after the event is over so there isn't any way of knowing if we are going to get a signed book or not. Bummer! The NY City event at Barnes & Noble is a signing but I am not understanding how to go about getting an armband. Is it an event where we just go get into line the morning of the signing? That seems chaotic considering the magnitude his fame. Does anyone know? NYC is about a 5 hour drive for me and is not out of the question.
