It's been a couple of crazy days with Undertaker's Moon making itself known in the ebook bestseller lists. Yesterday it was #2 in Kindle Occult Horror, #7 in regular Horror, and #2 in Barnes & Noble Sci Fi & Fantasy (which seems to be mish-mash of science fiction, fantasy, horror, and, strangely enough, steamy sword & sorcery romance novels.)

The numbers had slipped a little this morning -- #4 Occult Horror, #12 regular Horror, and #16 Sci Fi & Fantasy -- but that's to be expected with new books coming in and being promoted every hour. I would have probably made #1 in Occult Horror, but an Amazon-published book held that spot firmly (one that hasn't been released yet with 879 reviews... go figure). No sour grapes here, though. I'm proud that UM made it up to #2 and continues to stay in all three lists. We obtained our objective: we sold a helluva lot of ebooks and put my name to the forefront for a short time. Hopefully that will pay off career-wise in the long run.

A huge thanks to all of you who bought UNDERTAKER'S MOON and helped this dream come true. The book is still 99 cents until February 4th, so if you haven't read it yet or would just like to have a copy of it on your Kindle or Nook, you still have the chance of getting it at this special low price.

Which book was it that was #1 with those reviews? If was The Line then I'm pretty sure that is due to it being one of the January selections for the new Kindle First program for Prime Members

(If I hadn't been a fan of Ron's work before, I would have become one with UM--formerly known as Moon of the Werewolf.)

I really liked your spin on the werewolf genre Ron. And, the short story accompanying the novel was equally as good. My favorite of your Essentials collection.
