At least it's not as bad as the Del Toro books are, I immensely regret the material choice we went with there. They look great, but after 15 minutes of handling them you pretty much look like someone dumped glitter all over your hands.
I love it . Got my copy today and it's massive. What a great set. This is another one of those books that the pictures don't really do the high quality of the book justice.

Congratulations, unfortunately mine spent 6 days at the Forrest Hill post office. It is moving my way now but not scheduled for delivery until next Wednesday.

I am terrible at photography... but I would love to get some good pics of the material on the Limited Edition to show it off better. If anyone is good at that sort of thing, please feel free to let me know!

More likely it spent 6 days here waiting to be packed. Post office probably just scanned the the "scan form" that had your package on it. It's a weird system.

That is possible but the notes indicate two days from scan to pick up and then six days from pick up to acceptance.

The October 2nd thing is when the label is printed. The October 4th thing is when they scan the "Scan form" which is a single barcode that's generated so they don't have to scan the boxes from that day individually. The one from the 10th is them actually scanning the box individually. At least that's what I think. Hard to say.

Nice! It is always a bonus when a book arrives quicker than anticipated!
