    I emailed Earthling a week or so ago, and this was their reply:

    Hi Jamie,
    I have the proofs in hand from the printer and they'll be heading for the final print run in the immediate future.
    I'll receive books then start packing them up and shipping late the week of Oct 13; I'd anticipate most folks will have their copy the week of Oct 20.

    Commented on their FB page about it, and very soon after the publisher sent me an email saying he saw my post and letting me know that USPS had just picked up my box today, so this will be here by Halloween! Will definitely be reading it on the 31st!
