If you don't already have them, I have a few suggestions for you.

Cinema 57 La Fantastique, according to Fory this is the first horror mag.
The House that Hammer Built http://cgi.ebay.com/House-Hammer-Bui...#ht_500wt_1156
    Dark Terrors

And there was a Hammer Horror Film Omnibus book, and a 2nd.

I too, have a great love for Hammer films and to a lesser extent Amicus.

    Thanks for the info: appreciated!
Amicus I find so-so, Hammer was much better.
The classic Hammer films are some of the best horror-movies ever: Brides of Dracula, The Mummy, Horror of Dracula, etc. Not scary at all, but just beautiful to look at.

Time to post some more books. Stephen Donaldson is an author I discovered way back in the seventies. His Thomas Covenant Chronicles blew me away and I've been a fan since. I love the fact he's working on his Final chronicles, which I'm not reading yet, but saving up till 2013, when this series will be complete. His fantasy is awesome, but I also love his Science Fiction series, The Gap.
    Intense stuff!

I'm sure you probably know and have it already, but there was a 4th mystery novel. The man who fought alone.

And the other other story collection, Reave the Just and Other Tales. Finally, Subterranean Press is going to be publishing a best of SRD story collection (It takes stories from Reave the Just and Daughter of Regals). Trade and signed edition available.

I did order the Subterranean S/L, but somehow never got around to Reave.
    Did I miss much?

....awesome collection! i"m finally able to type after 30 minutes of drooling!

I live in europe as well, and Mindy and Brian are just awesome! The shipping really kills though. My Limited CD Full Dark No Stars got hammered by import duties as well.

    Thanks!
Where exactly in Europe do you live?

Yes, first there's the sky-high shipping costs, then the dreaded import duties strike again.
I dread to think how much extra my lettered It is going to cost me....

I thought I had read somewhere that a UK store was carrying all of CD's releases to help cut down on shipping cost. Maybe this was for all of the standard editions that don't sell out. Maybe Dan or Brian can clarify.

Poland. Ouch, yeah, that edition of IT is going to cost you a pretty penny. At 1000 + pages.....

That would be pretty nice. Maybe they would have some back editions of Shivers in stock. I'd like to grab the ones that came before VI.
