I’ve never read Clegg before - I’m sure he’s worth the gamble at that price, right?

Clegg is a great writer. It is worth the price to take a chance .

I manage lending software and my team always says “we work on it, not in it.”

Reminds me of the saying we had in the military. "We defend democracy, we don't practice it".

Congratulations! I’m glad someone picked it up. I would have in a heartbeat if I didn’t already have a copy.

Not sure if anyone is interested - but I randomly stumbled upon an ad for the Easton Press signed by Gaiman and McKean of Coraline for $35 plus shipping

I'ne read three Neil Gaiman titles. I don't have any signed Gaiman books. This one, Coraline, seems to me an amazing deal for a signed Gaiman book. ~Cap

Just check the fine print before ordering. This is the start of a subscription.

I didn't buy, buy! A lot of these subscriptions will let you refuse the next item or cancel at any time. Cap

At Valancourt Books I found this deal. $5.00 for a copy of Michael Frayn’s Matchbox Theatre described by the publisher as "one of the most beautiful books we've produced". I ordered a copy, so there is now one copy left.
