I'm waiting for Essentials and Beneath, but I'm not worried. I know he'll come through. 2012 was a horrible year for Ron's personal life, and I hope he'll be able to have a week where he can...
That limited aerosol cover is quickly becoming my favorite cover of all time. I've been showing everyone at work and the consensus is: Freakin' Awesome!
I think I see some Jim Warren cover art in there! ;)
I like the limited cover. It is fun, and I expect that the book will be fun too. I'd love to own a limited, but I'll have to stick with the good ol' trade.
For some reason, the picture didn't work, Jonathan.
Happy New Year too!
I haven't received mine either, but I know with the recent death of his wife's father (and his own father earlier this year), he's got a lot on his plate. I know he'll come through.
So, the limited(s) won't be illustrated? Just the digital?
There is currently ONE available on Amazon for pretty cheap. HERE.
At least you found some good 'uns.
I had a garage sale last weekend with over 700 books in it for $1 or less each. We sold about ten books and some other things and made $67.75. It sucked and made for an ultra-depressing weekend.
"No thank you, I'm on the clock." The delivery man gave me a crooked smile and produced a tiny digital video recorder. "Mind if I film? They want to see your work."
The box easily yields to my knife as I slice down the sides and let the true nature of my new gift be fully revealed...
Looking forward to "Beneath..."
Keep up the well thought out and awesome work.
I want that book too. I love KPB's stuff, and this would be a cornerstone to my collection of his work.... but the price is always too high.
 ..... :o niiiiice stuff!
I'm really looking forward to adding this to my Ronald Kelly collection!
The dust jackets in both cases are the reason I want them. I collect the illustrator... go figure.
1st/1st jacketed harcover "The Master & Margarita" with the winking cat that is sitting and holding a gun.
1st/1st jacketed hardcover "Logan's Run"
(he meant 80 of the "limited")
That's a beauty of a signed book!
Um... Desert Moon? ;)
My son got a "Mr. Roboto" singing birthday card and he loves it too.
Ronald Kelly's story style is very addicting. In a different vain, I'm also addicted to Brian James Freeman's works... But they are very different.
I love my hardcover Annotated Hobbit, and I want the Rankin Bass illustrated hardcover of it too... But there aren't any matching HC Rings trilogy ones to go with them that I know of.
