Lol, i guess tampons and Christmas lights were really far off then! Must be that my eyes are tired from searching forever for that damn little zombie picture!
I had a chance to get Lisey's Story, flat signed, for 49 pounds UK edition. Sent an inquiry email and by the time I got a response, they were all gone.
I think it's the low res photo playing tricks with the image, as I remember looking at it in the warehouse and being able to tell they where baby bottles.
Seriously though that's a really good sig. Some of them are really sloppy and almost look fake but this ones damn near perfect. Well I think it is, too bad the book is not perfect though. Such a small tear though, amazing book. and Your Welcome since I pointed out to you that he posted new books. haha.
It was nice to find one flatsigned, since most of early signings were inscriptions. This one came from a decedant's estate in Minnesota. David bought a flatsigned The Shining and Danse Macabre and an incribed The Stand from it. (I'm having fun trying to imagine David in the Johnny Depp role from The Ninth Gate!)
