Good stuff.
There were a few Hellraiser toys. Neca had at least 3 series, a few box sets (diorama), some 18 inch ones, and I think a statue as well. Also in the late 80's "Screamin" put out a few vinyl models. They are about a foot or so. They look really good if you can find a professional to do them.

I'm curious about the Pinhead too. I know McFarlane has some good figures, but that's awesome.
Thanks for posting your collection too.
I do have one question for you - How did you like Thunderhead? This book is intriguing me big time,and I have yet to read Preston/Child. I know it's not part of the Pendergast series so might be a good start point for me.
