Just a word to the wise. Be careful going by prices on ABE. I've often found prices WAY out of range!!!

A friend of mine has a proof of the first UK edition of THE GIRL WITH THE DRAGON TATTOO (MacLehose Press, 2008 ). The copy is in VG condition, tight and square with a visible but not obtrusive reader's crease. In addition, there appears to be a binding fault on the rear cover which has a streak of what looks to be binding glue, all the way down the inside rear cover - it is also visible on the outside of the cover too.

He's done some research on ABE and found a NF copy at £1350.00.

Any idea on how much his copy is worth?
