I'm terrible about taking pictures of my books as I get them, but I did snap a photo of these to send a friend so I figure I'll share it here, too:

The artist is Tyler Walpole. The one on the right is a limited edition run of 250, signed by Tyler and Jim; the other two are regular prints I bought when I got the limited one, and I stood in line to have Jim sign them.

Cool! Doesn't seem too happy in that middle one. Really like the Dresden I've read so far but have a long way to go.

Been in the middle of moving so I haven't been keeping up some of my new arrivals.

Two books arrived today - one was a total surprise and the other was a surprise in the sense that I had no idea what Subterranean had sent me last week. With some sleuthing, I guess it was the signed/numbered version of Neil Gaiman's The Truth is a Cave in the Black Mountains - and I was right.

This is my first signed edition that I didn't get in person, and it looks pretty good.

And my second book - the surprise - was the physical copy of Pangaea which was a Kickstarter purchase. I knew it was shipping soon-ish, but had no idea it was going to be here when I got home.

The main reason that I purchased this was to support Peter David, writer of stuff.

If I've been looking for a book for months, or a couple of years in this case, this tune from The Burbs often plays in my head if/when I finally receive:

I read Song of Kali when it first came out as a paperback and loved it. I wish I still had that copy.

This is one I've been wanting for a long time. Condition is at best fair (and closer to poor) but I got a copy!

Picked up Legends 2: Stories in Honor of David Gemmell and Burnt Magnolia Ron Kelly. Pretty snappy!

It's the UK 1st/1st, dated 1974. There were between 500 and 1000 copies done.

Thanks! As I said, I never expected to own a copy. I'm very happy.
