I received my copy of the Sarah Pinborough book in the mail today. I already spotted a typo on the contents page. Sigh.

If they're declaring that A Little Aqua Book of Aquamarine is protected by copyright laws, where does that leave A Little Aqua Book of Marine Tales? Is it open season on that book?

Even the copyright pages are not immune.

Thanks for the insight, Dan. It's unfortunate that this happened. While it might have been out of Borderlands's control, it unfortunately just adds fuel to the fire with all the other issues that have come up.

Also, while I was looking over my Little Books collection, there was a change in binding material in Series II as well. The last three books in the Series--SHARP SHINY SLIVERS by Joe Hill, CAUTIONARY TALES by Jonathan Maberry, and PROTECTOR TALES by David Morrell--were all in a shinier cloth binding. This binding is different than the ones I've seen in Series III as those tend to be a duller matte finish cloth. I'm wondering if it just comes to materials in certain colors not being available in the vinyl. Possibly testing different material as well.

Just speculation, but looking at our copies I believe this happened to all of them. In which case there's really nothing Borderlands could do. Something like this isn't big enough to scrap the whole print run over and hope the author is willing to sign new sheets. Obviously you complain to the printer, but generally speaking that doesn't accomplish much, other than maybe a partial credit on your account because of the issue.

I'm posting my Little Books Series II an Series III individually on Ebay if anybody is interested:
Published by Borderlands Press, this is Book 1 in The Little Books Series II. This edition was signed by the author and is limited to only 500 copies, this being copy #256.

Like Jeff, I almost began to check them all, but ultimately decided ignorance is bliss when it comes to these LITTLE BOOKS and their comedy of errors.
Seems that should have been the title of this series. The Little Book Comedy Of Errors series. Then there would be a somewhat reasonable answer as to all the mistakes

I thought it was you, but I didn't want to look back through this thread....But, again, thanks for posting that. I would have been pissed to read that story and get caught out all these years later.

I would think the "I will never buy a Borderlands Press book again" comments in the reviews would have made Borderlands especially vigilant about future errors, but, here we are, five years later, and things haven't improved at all.

BTW, I'm too lazy to go back and see who it was, but someone here linked to the missing last page of one of the Barron stories in this volume, and I'd like to give them a belated thanks, in case I didn't back then. I opened up my copy and saw the little slip of paper that I printed five years ago, and I said "Ah, THIS is the book that has the worst LITTLE BOOK fuckup!" So, thanks to you, I have the missing ending all ready to go.....Thanks again!
    You’re welcome.

(Was probably me...when I got my book and found out about the errata sheet/last-page (which Barron provided (not Borderlands) on his own website), I made sure to alert others here since Borderlands wasn’t being proactive about it.)
